Have you been chasing duplication in your network marketing team? You are constantly trying to figure out the best way to help your team be successful, but it just isn’t working out? It’s ok. We’ve all been there.

When you want to get duplication in your network marketing team, you have to keep things simple and systematized. No matter how awesome you are, you don’t duplicate. The more awesome you are, the harder it is to duplicate.

This is why things like scripts and processes are so important. While we can put our own personality into scripts, we want to have a template for people to get started. If we have not template and system for people to get started, they are going to do a whole lot of nothing.

Do you remember starting your first job? Did they leave you alone and hope that you figured it out, or did they have a specific way of doing things that they wanted you to follow? I really hope that you are saying you experienced the latter, but if you experienced no system then you understand how frustrating that can be.

There should be systems for duplication on every point of the process.

Each of these areas should have a specific system where people do not have to wonder or guess what they are supposed to do. You won’t have to guess how to talk to people, how to tell people about your business, how to follow up, how to close or how to get your new team members launched. It is important that everyone know exactly what to do.

Many times tools like magazines, note cards, websites, videos, etc are used. Keeping that uniform throughout your team will enable everyone to get out of analysis paralysis and into action. What systems do you have in place?
