Oh No! Cold Calling MLM Prospects – Now I Am Sweating Buckets
Have you burned through your warm market? Are you tired of talking to your friends and family about your latest and great opportunity or product?
If your friends and family are rolling their eyes at you and you are tired of getting the cold shoulder, it is time to turn to some other methods. One of those methods is cold calling mlm prospects.
MLM Leads
Yes, it is true that there are leads that are better than others but if someone was interested at some point, they are a good lead. Have you heard the saying, a lead is a lead is a lead? This means, stop complaining and get calling.
The truth is that we make as many excuses as we can about our leads. They are broke, they don’t trust me, they don’t live near me, they aren’t friendly. Wow. There are a lot of different excuses to make about leads when we don’t want to call them. Right?
The good news is that you don’t have to hold on to your excuses and you don’t have to be uncomfortable about cold calling all of your life. There are some things that you can do to make sure that you are ready to call your prospects and see who is going to be a right fit.
The first thing you have to do is make sure that you are in the right mindset. You never want to be out to get anyone. You want to simply find out if they are still interested. You can make a simple question like “Are you still looking for a way to earn additional income?” If they say yes then you can share your opportunity with them and continue forward with the conversation. If the answer is no then you can put them on your email follow up and move on.
You should set a goal of calls to do. You can start low at even 1 or 2 calls so you can celebrate your good work. Make it a game instead of a chore and you will be surprised how much better it gets each time that you make a call.
